If you need a non-pro image editor, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more capable program that also offers decent price-to-functionality ratio.

Palette – The Adobe palette of 16 premade selections is located in the Color panel, and consist of eight basic color swatches – two orange, two blue, two lime, and two gray.
